Exploring new scientific horizons of a unified combined medical practice, he trained in Professional Applied Kinesiology (PAK) at the International College of Applied Kinesiology (ICAK) in England, Holland, Italy, Belgium and Greece with important teachers such Joseph Shafer, Tracey Gates, Clive Lindley Jones, Chris Astill Smith, Olegs Suhorukovs and Trevor Chetcuti (PAK Certified, 2008 – 2018).
An important part of his continuing education is Functional Medicine in areas such as neuroinflammation, autoimmune diseases and the digestive system at the Datis Kharazzian Institute of Functional Medicine – San Diego, California, USA (2018 – 2021) He recently completed all levels of education, basic, advanced, master and health and wellbeing in the rapid method of reprogramming the subconscious mind, Psych-K, in Greece and the Netherlands, (2019 – 2021).

HOLISTIC
MEDICAL
REHABILITATION
Each health issue includes causes from all 3 levels in different proportions, depending on the condition.
Briefly, the 3 levels are:
- The physical level, which includes the components of the body (muscles, bones, vertebrae, tendons, joints, nerves, vessels, internal organs, etc.)
- The biochemical level, which includes nutrition, the gut, the immune system, hormones, detoxification, etc.
- The psycho-emotional level, which includes the mental state of the person, anxiety, anger, fear, depression, joy, etc.
Through a detailed medical history, clinical examination, laboratory-imaging tests and functional neuromuscular tests, the doctor evaluates the condition of the patient and identifies the causes on all 3 levels.
In this way he/she can see beyond the symptoms, see the person behind them, and above all the mechanisms by which the symptoms are created.
Having all this data results in a completely personalized treatment based on the biological uniqueness of the individual which simultaneously covers all 3 levels, creating results with great speed, focus, depth and duration even in extremely persistent and difficult health problems.
A simple example is a patient with chronic lower back pain:
HOLISTIC MEDICAL REHABILITATION INVOLVES:
- At the physical level, we focus on realigning the spinal column in the lumbar and pelvic regions to relieve nerve compression caused by disc herniation. Acupuncture can also alleviate muscular spasms and significantly reduce pain, while therapeutic exercises combined with resistance stretching and yoga restore mobility and strengthen the muscles supporting the spinal column.
- At the biochemical level, we identify extraspinal factors triggering inflammation in the spinal column. These factors may be related to the gut, such as gluten and dairy intolerance, dysbiosis, parasitic infections, and dehydration. Temporarily abstaining from inflammatory foods, improving hydration, incorporating probiotics, antiparasitic agents, and herbal therapy can assist the gut and, consequently, alleviate chronic lower back pain. Additionally, chronic sacroiliitis, contributing reflexively to chronic inflammation of the intervertebral discs, can be regulated and significantly reduce inflammation in the lower back with the assistance of homeopathy, herbal therapy, and dietary supplements.
- At the psychological-emotional level, with the findings of the pain generator analysis, we pinpoint underlying causes, often associated with anger and stress. With appropriate interventions such as classical homeopathic remedies, acupuncture, and Psych-k subconscious reprogramming, we achieve emotional alleviation and relieve the back of the “psychological” burden.
