I went to the doctor at the urging of my psychologist. During this particular period of time I was experiencing a “depressive” phase and I felt a weight in my chest that did not go away throughout the day.

I started holistic treatment about 1.5 years ago. I had noticeable high anxiety, poor sleep quality, problems with my gut (irritable bowel & constipation), and felt low in mood, all of which made my daily life difficult.

In January 2016, for the first time, pains appeared in my abdomen and at the same time severe dizziness and headaches. Following the advice of a pathologist, I began to undergo a series of tests

For several years, from 2008 to 2012, I suffered from severe sinusitis, which I treated with antibiotics, following medical advice. Twice a year and for a period of at least 10 – 15 days physical and professional activity was really a torture.

Two years ago in the summer of 2020 I developed BOOP, an autoimmune lung disease. The only thing that helped was taking cortisone. Along with the pulmonologist, I also visited Dr. Alexiou.

I would like to report on the healing experience I had with shoulder injuries where I had surgery as well as chronic knee and elbow problems.

In February 2021, after spraining my right ankle, I had an x-ray and the orthopedic doctor discovered a 2.5cm cyst inside the ankle bone that had “eaten away” at the bone to the extent that there was immediate danger of the bone giving way.
